Jacques and his team were very considerate of our business needs. The team were great to work with, very friendly, courteous, polite and professional. Jacques is an excellent problem solver and is very good at adapting to changes as they arise. We have no hesitation in recommending J2 Build for any construction project.

Scope
To transform a dated brick home into a Hampton's style country residence for retiree tree/sea changers. Detailed carpentry skills were requires to clad the entire house in weatherboards. New bathrooms, an updated kitchen and a loft completed the look.
This project was a practical demonstration of J2 Build's commitment to upcyling and renewal of older building stock to minimise wastage and costs involved in keeping up with trends in modern living.
Jacques and his team of tradespeople did a magnificent job in transforming this house into the country home we were looking for. And with creative thinking and a flexible approach to materials and retrofitting elements, they did it within budget. We are very happy to recommend them.

Architect Edward Davis Architects
Scope
To restore a 1940's weatherboard homestead into a contemporary open plan entertainer with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wrap around verandahs for family living. The project is a great example of how to upcycle old housing stock with extensive use of recycled materials, converting dark rooms with pink walls and 70‘s tiles, into an updated home.
Wow what a wonderful place!! It looked gorgeous in pictures but was a thousand times better in person. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped, the porch and the backyard are straight out of a fairytale, and the location is to die for.
