Cupitt's Winery & Restaurant

Clients- Rosie & Griff Cupitt, along with their children Tom & Wally, and daughter in law Libby, run Cupitts as a destination restaurant, vineyard, brewery, Black Angus Cattle farm & cheese room.

Job- New architect designed restaurant pavilion to maximise the views and integrate into the European style heritage architecture. With concrete floors and exposed timber trusses the room and surrounding decks have transformed the restaurant space & wedding venues.

Jacques and his team were very considerate of our business needs. The team were great to work with, very friendly, courteous, polite and professional. Jacques is an excellent problem solver and is very good at adapting to changes as they arise. We have no hesitation in recommending J2 Build for any construction project.

Jaspers Brush house

Clients- Retirees who have recently embarked on a tree/sea change to Berry to indulge their love of gardening, golf, entertaining and horses.

Job- Transform a dated brick home into a Hampton's style homestead. J2's detailed carpentry skills were called upon to clad the entire house in weatherboards. Internally new bathrooms and an updated kitchen completed the look.

Jacques and his team of tradespeople did a magnificent job in transforming this house into the country home we were looking for. And with creative thinking and a flexible approach to materials and retrofitting elements, they did it within budget. We are very happy to recommend them.

Lane's End

Job- Restore a 1940's homestead with tiny rooms into a modern, open plan entertainer with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wrap around verandahs. Extensive use of recycled materials. The creation of a swimming dam/natural swimming pool to recycle storm water.

Wow what a wonderful place!! It looked gorgeous in pictures but was a thousand times better in person. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped, the porch and the backyard are straight out of a fairytale, and the location is to die for.    – Anastasia, AIRbnb Guest
